Shipping Times/Delivery

Most questions are shipping related, so please allow us to get some housekeeping out of the way which might answer your question.

Shipping Times - Unless otherwise stated we ask that you give us two full business days to get your order packed and out the door. If you selected UPS Next Day we take care of it for you within 24 hours. When you order is packed we will email the tracking information (link) to the email address provided. 

Delivery - The time it takes for either USPS or UPS to deliver your package can vary based on many factors which we have no control over (like the holidays, weather delays, etc). If your order tracking does not update (show received by carrier and in route) or goes off grid after 72 business day hours, we can help. We simply ask that you give them sufficient time to update/deliver before reaching out to us.

 

Order Issues

Pending order issues?

If you are here then it means something has gone wrong with shipping or you need a correction to your order. For both these issues we are here to help. Please contact us at customerservice@uncivilizedindustries.com so we can get you squared away.

Note 1: We ask all customers to double check their orders for correct sizing and mailing address. For any address issues or incorrect size/product issues you have 24 hours after placing the order to get to us for any corrections. After that we cannot guarantee any changes as it conflicts with out ability to ship your order in a timely manner. After 24 hours, any cost associated with correcting the order unfortunately falls on the customer. That being said, if you chose UPS Next Day we cannot make changes to these orders due to the time constraint.

Note 2: Orders that show via tracking as being delivered but have not been received OR product has been damaged in transit are covered under our free shipping insurance. Just email us at the address previously mentioned and we can get that taken care of for you.

 

Exchanges/Returns

Need to exchange/return?

We accept exchange requests up to 14 days from date of receipt of the package as reported by the carrier’s tracking on any regular priced item (All sale priced, discounted, and clearance items are not eligible for exchange). 

Step 1: Should be common sense but we have to say it anyways... Garments must be returned in the original condition; unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and suitable for resale. Any item returned that are not in resalable condition (pet hair, lint, stains, damaged, etc) will not be honored and will be considered surrendered.

Step 2: Please contact customer service via email at returns@uncivilizedindustries.com so that we can make sure we have the item you wish to exchange yours for, in stock. If replacement is unavailable customer may elect to receive a refund or store credit for said item.

Step 3: after you've contacted customer service to set up the return/exchange, please mail item to us at Uncivilized Industries, LLC, ATTN: RETURN, 1137 Toyah Drive, Leander, TX 78641. Please be sure to keep your tracking information. We cannot honor an exchange unless/until the item(s) is(are) received on site. 

Once the the return/exchange is received and item(s) have been reviewed to meet the previously stated requirements we will process the exchange and send out the item(s). Returns will be processed within 72 hours of receipt.
